EVALUATING HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS' ATTITUDES AND KNOWLEDGE ON PHARMACEUTICAL CARE SERVICES AT ADAMA HOSPITAL MEDICAL COLLEGE, EAST SHOA, ETHIOPIA

Abstract

This study evaluates the attitudes and knowledge of healthcare professionals regarding pharmaceutical care services at Adama Hospital Medical College in East Shoa, Adama, Ethiopia. Through a comprehensive survey involving physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, the research aims to identify the level of understanding and perception of pharmaceutical care's role in patient management. The findings reveal significant gaps and strengths in current knowledge, highlighting areas for targeted educational interventions and policy enhancements. By understanding these attitudes and knowledge bases, the study provides insights into improving interdisciplinary collaboration and optimizing patient care outcomes.
